We continuously enhance merchants’ payment and management experience. This month, we bring you the following updates:
1. Payment link management: now available on the merchant management platform, allowing merchants to create and manage payment links directly.
2. Optimised “Select shop” function: A new search bar and the ability to switch between compact mode and detailed mode.
3. More payment methods for Fast Payment Account: FPS now supports payments via registered phone numbers and emails for greater transaction flexibility.
Merchants can now create and manage payment links directly from the Merchant Management Platform without additional applications, offering a more convenient payment collection method. This feature is especially suitable for merchants who frequently manage their businesses on a computer, as well as large chain merchants.
Transaction limit for Payment Links:
Each payment link supports transactions up to HKD 10,000.

How to create a payment link on the Merchant Management Platform?
Step 1: Click on “Payment Link” in the left menu of the Merchant Management Platform.
Step 2: Click “Create Payment Link”.
Step 3: Fill in the required details.
Step 4: Once the link is successfully created, you can copy the link, generate a QR code, or share it via email.
To enhance your experience, we have improved the shop switching and search functionality.
New features:
1. Search Bar
If you manage multiple shops, you can now enter the shop name, address, or merchant number in the search bar to locate it instantly.
2. One-click switch between compact mode and detailed mode
Merchants can now choose to view shop details in either Detailed mode or Compact mode based on their preferences.

Merchants with an activated Fast Payment Account can now make FPS local transfers not only by entering an FPS ID but also by using a registered email or phone number for quicker and more flexible transactions.

How to Make a Local Transfer via FPS?
Step 1: When creating a payee in the Fast Payment Account, select the payee type.
Step 2: Choose FPS as the payment method.
Step 3: Select the FPS account type: Bank account, Phone number, email, or FPS ID.
